At 60 lbs, the CoolGuard insulated bulkhead is light as a feather, but heavy on quality. This Randall Temp Control insulated bulkhead features built-in fiberglass stiffening rods for extra strength and rigidity; excellent thermal control; and 18 oz vinyl for puncture resistance.

The flexible skid guard is 100 mil thick, double reinforced, and laminated smooth. Translation: The CoolGuard insulated bulkhead is durable with no exposed hardware that can get torn off by material handling equipment.

New, our bulkhead vinyl is treated with antimicrobial protection. This added protection is proven to seal the vinyl surface and keep bacteria from burrowing and incubating.
